He’s the owner of one of the most popular tattoo studios in Bangkok’s trendiest district Thonglor. He runs with some of the most influential, if not only, Thai hip hop crew, ‘the BKK Invaders’ and super-popular music group Thaitanium. Petchy Wan is the MAN. And he gives us a taste of BKK tattoo and hip hop culture.

We’re not groupies, at least not in the sexual sense, but Petchy Wan is undoubtedly ’kind of a big deal’. He is busy stirring up Bangkok’s tattoo scene while adding a mega dose of hip hop to the mix. When he is not MC-ing in the hottest clubs, doing radio shows, at the shop or running BKK, he takes time to do interviews with people like us (don’t we feel special). Read on to see which celebrity’s face he would tattoo on his body and where to find the best underground hip hop spots.

well and I've got lots of friends close by.
